Atmer 7772 is a concentrate of talc for use as an easy to dose anti-blocking additive.

Mode of action
Atmer 7772 is a combination of additives dispersed in an adsorbent polymer. Using a concentrate allows for better dispersion and overcomes complications encountered when using additives in their normal physical forms. Concentrates are added to the process like other resins, allowing for the additives to benefit the polymer providing easier separation of film layers by reducing surface interaction.

Guidelines for use
Atmer 7772 can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 0.1 - 1% in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
