Applications:
Omnistab AN-1135 is suitable for most plastics, elastomers, synthetic fibers and especially for soft PUF sheet(Polyurethane foam). It can prevent the forming of peroxide during the storage of polyalcohol and can also prevent scorching during the foaming process. Omnistab AN-1135 has low volatility and good compatibility, which is perfect for polymer manufacturing in single liquid, emulsion, suspension liquid and other solutions. Omnistab AN-1135 shows outstanding performance during forced air cooling. This feature can be used in automobile products, against surface fogging and can strengthen the textile coloration. Omnistab AN-1135 is easily emulsified, can be kept in liquid form, in dispersible or dissolved state during the manufacturing processs. It can be added before, after or in the polymerization process.

Features:
Omnistab AN-1135 is a highly effective hindered phenolic antioxidant of clear or light yellow appearance. It is soluble in many organic solutions like benzene, acetone, cholroform, ethyl acetate, methyl alcohol, methylene chloride, polyether polyol etc. However, it is insoluble in water.
