Application:

Used as electrical insulation, lubricant, shock- and moisture-proof, defoamation, ejection, damping, heat carrier and hydraulic oil; also as additive to plastics processing to improve the mold release property and wear resistance.

Characteristics:

Transparent, odorless, non-toxic oily liquid; high flash point, low solidifying point, good heat stability and resistance to high and low temperatures; can be used over a long period of time within a temperature range of -50°C to 180°C (in air isolation or inert atmosphere, long-term working temperature can reach 200°C); weak surface tension, high shrinkage, good anti-shear properties, small viscosity-temperature coefficient, good lubricating performance, excellent resistance to oxidization and ozone; also excellent electrical insulation; dielectric properties change little with temperature and frequency, small dielectric loss; resistant to arc and corona, non-flammable, hydrophobic, moisture-proof, and excellent physiological inert.
