VIBATAN PE ANTISTATIC 00372 is a polyethylene based masterbatch containing a special synergic blend of antistatic agents.

Application:
It is well known that plastic articles accumulate electrostatic charges in some areas of their surface during processing; these charges collect dust giving bad look to the article; moreover they could create problems during production process.
VIBATAN PE ANTISTATIC 00372 has been developed to solve this inconvenient; the use of this masterbatch enables a uniform distribution of the electrostatic charges avoiding either dusty areas formation than problems during production phase.
The antistatic effect is proportional not only to the masterbatch quantity added to the resin, but to relative humidity level present into the air too.
