Composition:
VIBATAN PE EXPANSOR 02771 is a dispersion at high concentration of a special endothermic blowing agent in polyethylene, free from fillers, waxes or any other lubricants.

Application:
VIBATAN PE EXPANSOR 02771 was expressly designed for polyolefines supposed to be processed at temperature higher than 200 °C.
It is specifically suitable for production of PP foam ribbons.
Thanks to its special active substance, VIBATAN PE EXPANSOR 02771 not only makes the cellular structure uniform (made by very small expansion bubbles), but also it reduces to the minimum the bad odour emission, typical feature of traditional expansor additives available today on the market.
In order to obtain the most regular cellular structure, moderate extrusion temperatures are suggested, according also to the kind of industrial equipment.
