INDFLAME® SPMF 7809 N is a cost effective highly loaded (~80% RoHS compliant FR additives) flame retardant masterbatch containing unique combination of Brominated organic additives and a high purity synergist. The FR additives are well dispersed in special carrier resin. The masterbatch is designed to work at low dosage for getting flame retardancy as per UL-94 standard of V0 & V2 ratings, providing considerable cost savings.

USAGE/APPLICATIONS:
INDFLAME SPMF 7809 N can be used for Polypropylene molded and extruded products, where flame Retardancy as per UL-94 V0 & V2 standard is desired.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Typical addition level of the master batch depends upon the fire classification, rating desired, thickness of the article and other additives in the final application.
It is recommended to dose around 21-25 % for UL-94 V0 rating for polypropylene (PPCP & PPHP) applications.
For passing UL-94 V2 rating very low dosage of 4-6% are normally sufficient for thickness of 1.6 & 3.2mm.
More specific addition levels can be decided by taking trials.
