ALKAMIX™ MB-6005
ALKAMIX™ MB-6005 is a combined slip and antiblock masterbatch based on a low density polyethylene carrier. It is formulated with slip additive (Erucamide) at a concentration of 8 percent and antiblock additive at a concentration of 25 percent.
ALKAMIX™ MB-6005 can be added to linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) during extrusion to reduce the film blocking and coefficient of friction. The level required will vary according to the desired properties and the presences of any other additives, however the recommended addition level is between 1 and 2 percent.
