PREWHITE™ PE 10-50
PREWHITE PE 10-50 is a polyethylene based white masterbatch well suited for the colouring of PE-LD and PE-HD films, profiles, hollow articles and injection molded goods. PREWHITE PE 10-50 can also be used for PP.
Films can be blown down to 20 microns due to the good dispersion of PREWHITE™ PE 10-50. According to FDA and BgVV regulations, PREWHITE™ PE 10-50 is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs without limitations. Optimized for cleaning extruders for powder coating products. Reduced machine downtime.
Filling the screw to maximum and using maximum safe torque and melt pressure is recommended for optimal cleaning results.
Processing temperature 100 –200 °C. Overheating may cause thermal degradation of the compound and the formation of fumes.
The product is pre-dried and does not require additional drying.
