RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION
- STRUKTOL® TR 251 is a unique blend of anionic and ionic surfactant with lubricant designed for applications where EBS (ethyl bis-stearamide) is commonly used. These include ABS compounds, rigid PVC extrusions, color concentrates and other high-filled applications (e.g. calcium carbonate filled polypropylene). STRUKTOL® TR 251 has enhanced functionality over EBS with similar gloss properties.
- STRUKTOL® TR 251 is also an efficient process aid in polyolefin, PVC, and ABS based wood composites where it enhances flow and improves fiber dispersion and surface quality. It can also be used as a processing aid and anti-stat in BOPP, PE and PP film.
