NAP -4

NAP-4 is a substituent sorbitol nucleator and used to achieve the balance of gloss, rigidity and impact resistance for polypropylene products.

PROPERTIES
White powder, insoluble in water or solvents such as methanol, ethanol, acetone, toluene and cyclohexane.

APPLICATIONS
NAP-4 is widely used in Homo PP, Random CO-PP, and also high molecular weight PE products. Besides improving the balance of gloss, rigidity flexural modulus and tensile strength of PP products, and improve HDT and dimension stability of final products.

USAGES
Mix NAP-4 with resin together, then process into products extrusion or injection molding. In order to improvethe dispersion, It's recommended to make NAP-4 into master batch or NDO before feeding.
Recommended dosage is 0.2~0.3%.
