NAB -83

NAB-83 is an organometallic salt ß-type nucleator. Comparing with a-type nucleator, it can provide better impact strength and higher HDT for polypropylene.Besides, NAB-83 has good heat stability and property of non-coloration.

PROPERTIES
White crystalline, insoluble in water.

APPLICATIONS
NAB-83 is suitable for application in multiporous PP material, such as PP fiber with millipore, ventilated package film, lithium battery diaphragm, (R-PP)BOPP rough film for capacitance, etc. Also can improve the coloration property of PP fiber.

USAGES
Mix NAB-83 with resin together, then process into products extrusion or injection molding. In order to improvethe dispersion, It's recommended to make NAB-83 into master batch or NDO before feeding.
Recommended dosage is 0.05~0.3%.
