Applications
Atmer 125 is a vegetable derived glycerol ester in microbead form. It is an internal Anti-static agent effective in LDPE and flexible PVC. It provides a balance between Anti-static effect and lubrication effect.

Mode of Action
Atmer 125 is dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. The molecules migrate to the surface and interact with atmospheric moisture, reducing surface resistivity and hence dissipating high electric charge densities, to give a long-lasting Anti-static effect to the material.

Guidelines for use
Atmer 125 is an internal additive and can be incorporated into the polymer as supplied or via masterbatch or pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion, though mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 0.1-1.0%
