Dispergator OX

Generic Family: Additive -- Slip Agent / Lubricant / Mold Release / Processing Aid • Supplied by: Kettlitz-Chemie GmbH & Co. KG

Polymer- and water-free granulated processing aid, suitable for all natural and synthetic elastomers, and especially helpful in polymer blends. Dispergator OX is particularly recommended for pressureless continuous curing processes, as it contains no moisture. All usual benefits will be evident, namely, shorter and easier mixing, elimination of sticking, better and faster dispersion of fillers, smoother and faster extrusion, reduction in scorch.

Recommended dosage: 2-4 phr
