Generic Family: Additive -- Slip Agent / Lubricant / Mold Release / Processing Aid • Supplied by: Axel Plastics Research Laboratories, Inc.

A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the in-mold coating. It can eliminate the need for an external mold release agent on steel and aluminum molds. Composite molds require a mold release agent to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss of the molds. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will notinterfere with secondary operations such as bonding.
