MagShield® S NB-10

MagShield® S NB-10 is a chemically precipitated grade of magnesium hydroxide made from brine and dolomite. It is designed for non-halogen flame retardant applications and can be processed at higher temperatures than alumina trihydrate in plastics. The fatty acid coating is bonded to magnesium hydroxide and covers 40% of the surface allowing for the use of other processing aids.
