Black Masterbatch is using the pigment carbon black as main pigment, using LDPE as carrier, adding proper additives, after extruding granulation.

The main properties of black Masterbatch: appearance, dispersive, concentration (carbon black content), hiding power, blackness, liquidity, moisture content; and the film surface gloss, the film surface friction coefficient.

According to customer requirements of product performance, processing technology, according to customer needs, we develop different grades of black masterbatch,the content of carbon black might up to 50%.
