Preparation of the original Evonik (formerly Degussa) reinforcing agent Si 69 as granules for sulfur cured rubber compounds. It offers improvement of mixing properties e.g. reduction in Mooney viscosity, better process ability when mixing, calendering and extruding and influences the physical-mechanical data of the vulcanizates favourably.
