Octocure ZBZ-42 is a 42% active, ready to use form of accelerator for latex compounding. Typical use level is from 1 - 1.5 parts per hundred in SBR and Natural latex compounds, usually in conjunction with secondary accelerators such as ZMBT. Octocure ZBZ-42 is used in vulcanization processes where the formation of volatile nitrosoamines is to be reduced.
