Konasil K-D15 is treated amorphous silicon dioxide used in many industrial applications. Konasil K-D15 can be used as the primary filler or in combination with other fillers. In adhesives compounding, silica provides an additional method of promoting improved adhesion, as well as providing reinforcement. K-D15 is used in silicone as a reinforcement agent. It is used as an anticaking agent for powders.
