Resinall® 1030

Generic Family: Additive -- Compatibilizer / Adhesion Promoter • Supplied by: Akrochem Corporation

Resinall 1030 hydrogenated cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin based on the thermal polymerization of dicyclopentadiene mixtures. It contains no aromaticity. This resin has very low color, low odor, and excellent thermal stability. It tackifies ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), styrene block copolymers (SIS, SBS, SEBS), metallocene polyethylene, and amorphous poly-alpha olefins (APAO). This balance of properties makes it ideally suited for use in rubber based adhesives for packaging.
