Akrochem P-55

Generic Family: Additive -- Plasticizer • Supplied by: Akrochem Corporation

P-55 is a tall oil modified phenol-formaldehyde two step resin with hexa that is primarily designed for use in SBR compounds. Recommended for use in SBR Rubber. Compatible in SBR Rubber to the extent of 10-15 parts per hundred. This amount of resin will act as an effective plasticizer during processing and will contribute strongly to hardness, stiffness and abrasion resistance after cure. Tear and chip resistance will be improved in high durometer parts.
