Silicone masterbatch LYSI-01 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in LDPE. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small dosage can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastics.
