Silicone masterbatch LYSI-04 is a pelletized fomulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in HDPE. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.
