Antiozonant NiBud

Generic Family: Additive -- Antioxidant / Heat Stabilizer • Supplied by: Akrochem Corporation

NiBud is equivalent to NBC. It is an inhibitor used to prevent deterioration of chloroprene, epichlorohydrin, and Hypalon compounds subjected to high temperatures (in excess of 120°C). It is also used as a non-staining (but discoloring) antiozonant for SBR, Butyl and NBR. It is not an accelerator (it will accelerate CSM cures) and should not be used in natural rubber.
