Dusantox® L is an effective stabilizer of synthetic styrene-butadiene and polyisoprene rubbers also as good-quality antidegradant for dry rubber compounds. It associates protective effect of the well-proven antiozonant Dusantox® 6PPD /1./ with long-term antidegradant effect of the alkylated product - cumyl derivative of Dusantox® 6PPD /2./. Dusantox® L is well soluble in rubbers that enables its higher dosege without the risk of blooming. It is distinguished by very good dispersability in compounds and it is used as antidegradant. The most important characteristic of Dusantox® L is its low volatility and excellent washout resistance that guarantee a long-term protection of rubber products. It causes expressive colouring and contact staining of vulcanizates comparable with Dusantox® 6PPD.
