Dusantox HT/G-80 utilizes the synergistic effect of CDPA with other antioxidants in improving heat ageing resistance of vulcanizates (even at high temperatures as 150 °C, NBR), but also improves the resistance against oxygen and dynamic fatigue. Suitable for products based on NR, IR, SBR, NBR, CR EPDM. It disperses easily in the compounds. The pelletized form diminishes the losses during handling and mixing, it helps to form healthy environment during compounding. The fully compatible wax-like binder allows quick and excellent dispersion in the rubber. In this way, optimal activity of the antioxidant is assured.

Typical dosage varies from 1.0 - 3.5 phr depending upon the improvements required in ageing. Dusantox HT/CP represents a non-staining and non-discolouring antidegradant. It can find application mainly in protection of (technical) rubber goods, hoses, cables, but also as stabilizer in polyolefins. Dusantox HT is available also in form of dust-suppressed powder form (Dusantox HT/CP).
