Safoam® NPC-20 is a high temperature polycarbonate pellet concentrate of an endothermic (heat absorbing) chemical foaming agent for the creation of a foam structure in thermoplastic injection molding and extrusion applications. Safoam® NPC-20 improves melt flow. It is commonly used in injection molding for the elimination of sink marks, improved cycle time, reduction of part warpage, and for weight reduction. It is safe to handle but not for direct food contact.
