Applications
Uses: Slowest of all thiourea type accelerators. Sovchem® DPTU Powder can be used in dry rubbers and latex. Sovchem® DPTU Powder is effective at low temperatures and can be used in room temperature vulcanizations of thin articles such as coated fabric. Sovchem® DPTU Powder can be used in tire retreads, cellular articles, coated fabrics thick articles, glues and
electrical tapes. Its vulcanizates have good heat stability.

Polymers: CR, EPDM.

Cure Effect: Fast accelerator.
