BIONOX 1024 is a metal deactivator that additionally act as a hindered phenolic antioxidant.
Metal deactivator and antioxidant for wire and cable, adhesive (both hot melt and solution), and powder coatings applications
Extraction resistant.
Effective in PE, PP, Cross Linked PE, EPDM, Elastomers, Nylon, PU, Polyacetal, and Styrenic copolymers. Can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants (particularly BIONOX 1010) to achieve synergistic performance.
