RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION :

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 is a processing additive for most polymers. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for commonly used fillers in rubber compounding.

In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 leads to faster mold filling due to internal lubrification. An improved mold release can also be observed.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 works also very well as an internal release agent which prevents sticking of compounds to rolls and rotors.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 has a chemical structure which does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties.
