RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION:
ULTRA-FLEX™ AS is an antistatic plasticiser, designed to reduce the surface resistivity of rubber compounds. The application is predominantly in mineral filled systems where, as opposed to carbon black filled, conductivity is very low! Depending on formulation, surface resistivity of 1 x 105 Ohm can be achieved.
ULTRA-FLEXTM AS starts solidifying below 25 °C. Once solidified the material has just to be warmed up to 25 °C. The solidifying process is 100% reversible.
