Silicone masterbatch LYSI-11 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in POM. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small dosage can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastics.

Recommend dosage:
Addition level at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the product's processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
