S201 is an efficient Dispersion and lubrication agent which specially developed for Polyolefin masterbatches to improve the dispersion property and lubrication properties. Compare with those traditional external additives like Liquid, Wax, Ester etc., it's more efficient for dispersion and lubrication without any bleeding on surface.

Improve the filling amount of pigments and fillers
Imporve the coloring strength
Reduce the possibility of filler and pigment reunion and prevent reunion again
Better dilution property
Better Rheological properties (Flow ability, reduce die pressure and extruder torque)
Improve production efficiency thus reduce the cost
Excellent thermal stability and color fastness
Reduce the Wax addition
Using method:
Mixed S210 with Other materials (Filler, pigments, resin etc.) at a certain proportion then extrusion directly.
Recommend Dosage:
For Color masterbatch : 1~5%, can be used with WAX.
For Highly mineral filled masterbatch : 1%
