Silicone molding compounds LYGM-301 have good mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation properties, high temperature/moisture resistance, and its mechanical strength and electrical properties are almost not affected by temperature. Have good liquidity, rapid curing when under 150°C, and transfer molding method can be used. Obtained products by LYGM-301 have excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, ARC resistance, and dielectric properties will remain in same level even if it encounters moisture or is flooded. It can work well at 300°C, the mechanical strength and electrical properties will not be affected.

Non-dangerous goods, stored in a cool, dry environment (Preferably in the refrigerator in cold storage), storage period is about 6 months.
