TPU film has been widely used for Packaging materials, daily necessities fields because of its excellent performance. But due to TPU resin is very sticky, de-molding difficulties always happened during processing and the film easily bonding together after winding, not convenient for customer to use.
After a long time of R&D, we launched our new product LYPA-106 which is specially developed for TPU film. With LYPA-106, not only adhesion problem solved effectively, but good surface smoothness and dry touch feel can be expected too. Meanwhile, this product is nontoxic, completely in line with ROHS directions.

Usage:
Mix LYPA-106 and TPU resin at a proper proportion, blow molding or extrusion molding after drying. (Best dosage should be determined by experiment)

Non- dangerous goods, Plastic-paper bag, 25kg /bag. Moisture and excessive exposure should be avoid during transportation. 12 months shelf life for full package
