APPLICATIONS:

Suitable for natural and synthetic rubbers

Recommended for filler masterbatches, colour masterbatches, extrusion and moulding applications

Moulded goods, conveyor belts, tyres,

solid tyres, treads, cycle tyres

PROPERTIES: - Improves the filler (C-black, Silica, Clay, CaCO
3, Aluminium Trihydrate etc.) dispersion in rubbers

Enhances the dispersion of pigments

Facilitates faster and uniform mixing of rubbers and fillers

Promotes flow and processing for high hardness and highly filled compounds

Improves flow properties of rubber compounds

Reduces the re-warming time and energy

when it is added in the rubber masterbatches

Improves the aesthetics of the end product

Does not affect the bonding between rubber and metal or fabric

Easier de-moulding of complex finished parts

Faster mixing of fillers even in rubbers processed at low temperature (silicone etc.) or even low hardness compounds

Reduces the shear and controls frictional heat developed during mixing / fluxing of NBR-PVC
