CX-27F is a heat stabiliser/lubricant system based on basic lead sulphate, specifically developed for low filled rigid PVC extrusion. CX-27F has excellent heat stability. The type of lubricants are chosen in such a way to allow good fusion and impart a smooth bore finish to the final product, together with a glossy finish.CX-27F is particularly suitable for pressure pipe but also gives excellent performance in non-pressure pipe, conduit, multi layer pipe and general profiles.It imparts flexibility to the whole system whereby it absorbs most effects resulting from changes in filler or pigment quality, resulting in a finished product of excellent quality.
