It is a concentrated mixture of using a variety of plastic resins and flame retardants and additives. It is made improving function and additives encapsulated which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape and mixing according to end user's real condition. Flame retardant masterbatch is engineered to meet stringent flammability performance requirements defined by industry agencies.

It is used primarily in extrude(XPS) Resulitng in minimal effect on the mechanical properties of formulated systems.
