Nickel coated GrafMat is a nickel coated graphite fiber particle in an irregular shaped, mostly rod format. The base graphite rods are composed of graphite fiber / resin bundles. These fiber bundles are uniformly coated with a thin layer of nickel (nominally 60% by weight) to form a cost effective polymer additive suitable for EMI / RFI shielding applications and high thermal / electrical conductivity applications.
