Excellent stabillity in the dispersion of pigments and extenders is essential for the manufacturing of high quality coatings. Coating properties such as color strength, brightness, gloss, haze and opacity are entirel dependent upon the degree and quality of the dispersion. Unstable pigment dispersions cause defects such as floating, flooding, formation of benard-cells and flocculation etc.. These defects can occur after the production stage, during storage or the film formation process.

Rheoflow DS-370 has an extremely high molecular weight. Accordingly, it imparts excellent stabilization of inorganic and organic pigments.
