GUARD DOG™ UV662 is a solid, polymeric type, free radical scavenger hindered amine light stabilizer that is used to protect a wide range of polymers against degradation caused by exposure to UV radiation. It is used in applications that demand low volatility and minimal surface migration.

It provides light stability to thick and thin sections and contributes significantly to the long term heat stability of polyolefins and tackifier resins. It has a low melting range and has excellent thermal stability. It is compatible with a wide range of resin systems and is un-extractable in aqueous conditions. This product typically demonstrates reduced interaction with co-additives such as pigments or other stabilizers and can easily be dispersed.

GUARD DOG™ UV622 shows strong synergistic performance when used in combination with other GUARD DOG™ UV Absorber, HALS, and Antioxidant products.
