BIOPLUS coating essence is the long-effect fixer with slow release performance, which is produced with advanced high-molecular micro-encapsulation technology. The grain diameter of the microcapsule is 20-80 nanometers. The water-immiscible essence or flavor is contained in the nano-capsules, which can be well dispersed in the waterborne material. The material formula balance will not be destroyed after the essence is added. With special characteristics, the essence has a natural inhibitory effect for the generation of fungi and mildew, which can relatively reduce the use of germicide and mildew-proof agent in the material.

As a water-soluble product, it is nontoxic, non-hazardous and non-irritant. The VOC of latex paint will not exceed the standard due to addition of this essence. The latex paint products with this essence not only have good in-can appearance, but also slowly release fragrance for several months after film forming. This product, which has been through emulsification, will not cause cratering and floating on the paint film. It is a necessary assistant to improve the grade of latex paint products.

Usage Instructions:This product can be added at any time. To achieve optimal performance and fragrance lingering effect, the product is usually added in the final stage. The material shall be mixed completely and evenly, and the dosage is 0.5%-1%.
Application:
Latex paint, waterborne latex, binders, waterborne woodware paints and water-based ink.
Storage and Transportation:
Keep it in a ventilated, dry and cool place and avoid direct sun exposure. The storage temperature shall be not lower than 0 degrees C. Avoid rain water and insolation during transportation. The remnant essence shall be tightly sealed. The storage life is one year; however, it still can be used under good storage conditions.
