MXK series products for rubber, 325 mesh screen residue is small, low moisture, good compatibility with rubber material, improve mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber, good chemistry inert, almost no reaction with any chemical additives. At present the rubber grade calcined kaolin products use mainly in mini motor vehicle tyre or nonmotor vehicle tyre, conveyor belt, rubber mat and so on.

Rubber grade kaolin has two kinds of types, repectively is light color rubber products MXK401 and dark-colored rubber products MXK502R. Reasonable particle size MXK series products, used in rubber products provide excellent dispersion, improve physical and mechanical properties of rubber products.

MXK502R particle size is appropriate, excellent dispersion in the rubber materials, good cost-effective. In dark-colored rubber products can be partly repaved semi-reinforcing carbon black and other reinforcing the filling agent, thereby reducing the overall costs.
