Application
1. Apply to PP injection, extrusion, drawing, coasting, granules producing to lift its melting. Also apply to mixing modify, filler modify to increase clothing property.
2. Recommended dosage 0.1% (or depends on final product demand)
Product Features
- Increase PP flowing, general added 0.1% could make MFI lift twice to make tine wall products filled fully in die head.
- Decrease PP processing temperature up to 20-30 degrees C
- making common PP plastic (such as PPT30S) suitable to coasting film
- reduce power consume, lift efficience, improve operation environment
