Hymod® SB332 SP is a vinyl silane treated, 11 micron particle size Alumina Trihydrate (ATH).

Huber Engineered Materials' Hymod® SB332 SP alumina trihydrate is a medium fine particle size distribution product suitable for SMC/BMC electrical switch gear, appliance electrical sheet and office equipment housings. This product is recommended for use in epoxy systems, adhesives, coatings and polishes.

The particle size distribution yields desirable viscosity and flow properties and suspension properties required in SMC/BMC compression moldings and in rubber compounding. Good physical properties of compounds such as arc track resistance and flame and smoke suppression are obtained with this material. The material functions well in applications requiring hydrophobicity.
