PlastFlam PEw is a master-batch composed of halogen substance and synergic developed for LDPE bubble film. The product doesn't migrate on surface after the extrusion process and so it ensures optimal sealing and welding properties of the LDPE film.
The product doesn't develop dioxins or benzofuranes. The suggested addition rate for Italian Class 1 is around 8 ~ 10 % and 10 ~ 12 % laminated with Al foil for the French M1.
PlastFlam PEw can be used too in cross-link polyethylene foam for the north Europe market or for the coloured and/or film laminated foam.
