BNX® 2777
Applications: BNX® 2777 is an antioxidant blend that interrupts the degradation process by tying up free radicals and destroys unstable hypdroperoxides that function as sources of free radicals during the oxidative process. BNX® 2777 is particularly useful in polyolefins and olefin-copolymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene. Other applications include use in linear polyesters, high impact polystyrene, ABS, PVC, EPDM, nylon, acetals, and polyurethanes. BNX® 2777 can also be used in combination with UV absorbers and light stabilizers to provide enhanced performance.
Advantages:
- Compatible with polymeric HALS's and UVA's
- Excellent processing stabilizer
- Low water carry over
- Low volatility
- Low gas yellowing
