Polymed RL522

RL522 is a high solids release agent consisting of a blend of silicones dispersed in aliphatic solvent. This product free of CFCs HCFCs and other chlorinated solvents.

RL522 is suitable for many moulding materials and a variety of substrates. Typical moulding materials are polyurethane epoxy acrylic and polyester casting resins. It is particularly suitable for moulding rigid and elastomeric polyurethanes. RL522 has been formulated for high quality general purpose moulding at temperatures from ambient to 100C.
