Technical characteristics of pre-dispersed CBS -50 makes rubber scorch time very long, safe and a fast curing process. The low-sulfur vulcanization can be used alone, or with two dithiocarbamates or thiuram accelerators and the resulting vulcanized rubber has good anti-aging properties and resistance to compression set properties. Pre-dispersed CBS -50 and salts with dithiocarbamates and thiuram accelerators promoting agents of rubber will significantly reduce scorch time. Thiourea accelerators for pre-dispersed CBS -50 play a significant secondary role in promoting, especially in low-sulfur yellow rubber compound. In the sulfur alcohol thiuram accelerators promote the rubber compound agent, pre-dispersed CBS -50 to delay scorch, improve processing safety.
