VIBATAN PE ANTISTATIC 01161 contains a special antistatic agent dispersed in "gel free" polyethylene type, free from mineral fillers, waxes or any other lubricants.

It is well-known that plastics products accumulate, during processing, electrostatic charges on some parts of the surface; these electrostatic charges draw dust and confer an unpleasant look to the product.
VIBATAN PE ANTISTATIC 01161 has been designed in order to solve this problem; its use allows a uniform dispersion of the electrostatic charges on the products, avoiding in this way dusty areas formation.
VIBATAN PE ANTISTATIC 01161 is suitable for the production of films for the packaging of electronic articles.
The antistatic action is proportional to the masterbatch quantity inside the resin and to the percentage of humidity in the air. Thanks to its special raw material, the use of this masterbatch is particularly suggested in places at low relative humidity.
